Engine
The original Range Rover 3.9 Efi Engine is completely rebuilt to the highest standards, enhanced without compromise with increased performance to up to 300bhp with torque significantly increased up to 300 ft-lb and returning up to 25mpg.

  • Block – flow-ways are optimised and oil galleries are cleaned and re-plugged.
  • Cylinders – re-lined. Faces are machined, modified and balanced.
  • Crank – re-ground, hardened and balanced.
  • Rods – crack tested and balanced.
  • Pistons, crank and rods – balanced together as a complete assembly.
  • Cam and lifters – replaced and optimised.
  • Bespoke stainless steel exhaust system and manifolds.

Chassis
Fully refurbished and rust proofed. Waxoyl injected throughout, including all cavities and doors.

Suspension

  • High-performance custom calibrated dampers.
  • Uprated and lowered spring set with new front and rear isolator mounts.
  • Uprated rear anti-roll bar.
  • Uprated front anti-roll bar.
  • Polybush rear anti roll bar links and bushes.
  • Polybush front anti roll bar links and bushes.
  • Upgraded front and rear trailing arm, radius arm and A-frame bushes.

Brakes
6 Pot calipers and vented discs.

Transmission
Fully rebuilt differential, gearbox (manual or auto) and transfer box.

Noise Reduction
Polymeric based damping material with an aluminium surface is used extensively throughout the vehicle, insulating sound and reducing resonance, heat and vibration.

Electrical
Replacement wiring loom and battery cut off switch. Refurbished ECUs. Refurbished air conditioning. High torque starter motor. High performance coil.

Audio
Apple Car Play, Bluetooth and DAB, with navigation. Rear subwoofers, front door and rear roof crossover speakers and tweeters.
